After twenty-five years in the industry, we fully understand
the importance for every business to have an effective means
of communicating internally within their organisation and
externally with their market. Therefore, when a telephone
system is installed by ourselves, we believe it is essential
that forward planning is involved and ongoing maintenance
and support is always available.
At Bell Communications we believe there are four main steps
to ensure the customer receives the service and care required
before and after the installation of their telephone system.
Forward Planning: There are a number of factors to be discussed
prior to installation, for example:
- The most suitable system configuration and choice of
handsets.
- Required standard cabling or CAT 5. This can involve liaising
with the customer’s in-house technical department
and data provider so that any infrastructural work can be
coordinated effectively.
- The ordering or moving of lines with BT (at discounted
rates) and organising least cost routing.
- Scheduling a date for installation to suit the customer.
Installation: Bell Communications use their own in-house
technical engineers, who are all fully qualified and trained
by the manufacturer. On the day of installation we fully understand
that the customer may have to function as a business as normal
and therefore we guarantee the highest level of professionalism,
with minimum intrusion.
Training: On the day of installation we will provide all
members of staff with training. We believe that it is important
to spend time with each individual on day one, running through
the key features and facilities of the system. After this,
we ensure that the same engineers that you have become familiar
with will return to provide refresher training and to alter
any system programming as required.
On-going Support: We offer all customers a service and maintenance
contract as well as support from our Service Help Desk. There
are always technical office based engineers and a team of
field based engineers to diagnose faults and resolve problems
as efficiently and quickly as possible.
